Alvdal, Folldal, Rendalen, Tolga, and Tynset Municipalities intend to enter into a new joint contract with Framsikt AS as a supplier of a joint system for an administration and decision support system. The contracting authority has carried out investigations in the market, and cannot find that there are any other systems in the market that meet the contracting authority’s needs. The contracting authority therefore intends to enter into a contract directly with Framsikt AS pursuant to the PPR, section 5-2. Objections must be submitted through the Mercell communication module by 13 July at 12 noon.
