These were not included in the original tender notice. NDLA does not want to continue the process without making sure that all requirements are being safeguared in a contract. In the near future a new tender contest will be published in Doffin/TED with a new deadline for applications in November (the new deadline for applications will be given in the qualification documents to the new tender contest). The contracting authority will aim at few alterations in the new tender contest. The contracting authority apologises for what has happened and hopes that all relevant tenderers will participate in the new tender contest.
