Clyde Gateway is a National Regeneration Priority for Scotland as set out in the Scottish Government’s Regeneration Policy Statement, People and Place. As part of the overall vision for the area, Clyde Gateway wishes to see the provision of a range of leisure/visitor facilities in the area. A developer is sought to provide and operate a high quality Leisure/Visitor attraction on part of the Cuningar loop site, adjacent to the 2014 Commonwealth Games Athletes’ Village and the Emirates arena. The attraction is expected to be of national / international standard and provide significant employment opportunities.
