Metropolitan is seeking a provider for the design, site clearance, construction, commissioning and defects rectification of 21 No residential units and associated external works and drainage. The works comprises the land remediation, design and construction of 21. No new homes, complete with communal areas associated drainage and services alterations, all infrastructure, external hard and soft landscaping. 21 dwellings for affordable rent, communal areas and lifts, associated access roads, footpaths, parking bays, drainage, external lighting, general external works, landscaping and cycle storage. Non-adopted roadways, footpaths, street lighting, sewers and the like. Off-site works associated with the above including but not limited to adoptable roadways, crossings, drainage and mains services, connections, adaptations and diversions, traffic calming measures and landscaping. The site is located at postcode SW2 4NL to the west of Forster Road, London. The site is currently vacant with existing structures present. Existing structures and their foundations have been scheduled to be demolished under a separate subcontract.
