The 1st floor will be a department for persons with dementia of 500 m 2 , with an exit to a sensory garden, a sensory garden of approx. 2 decares. — Alterations to the existing wing towards the south. The basement shall have some changes to the room division and a new entrance area. The main use is a health centre, which will also be the case in the future, approx. 600 m 2 . The 1st floor shall be altered to a somatic department and major alteration work shall be carried out here, approx. 600 m 2 . Construction stage 2 — Alterations and upgrades to parts of the middle wing, including a kitchen upgrade. — Alterations to the northern wing from an old people's home to offices and flats on the main floor and flats in the basement, approx. 1 200 m 2 . The site has been blasted and levelled 0.5 m below the finished floor level in the new building and a new gravel road has been made from the nearby municipal road. The contract shall be carried out as a contract with 2 construction stages, as one tender.
