I stedet for: II.1.1) Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: CHP Conversion Eneco BGR Lot 3, system integration and balance of plant. II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Eneco has the opportunity to supply sustainable produced steam from BGR to the chemical industry park in Delfzijl. For this purpose modifications have to be made to the existing plant to make it possible to supply the steam and receive condensate. This call for tender is specifically published for lot 3 of the project consisting of;- System Integration and Balance of PlantThe description of the work is as follows;Supply of all new facilities forming part of Balance of Plant, and complete system Integration into the existing plant to achieve the objective of the project:A) Expand 150 t/h live steam of 90 bar to 35-40 bar via a Pressure Reducing and Desuperheating Station. The resulting steam of 35-40 bar / 300 °C shall be transported via a new pipe towards the (external) steam export pipeline to neighbouring steam client(s). The system boundaries are between the tie-in point on the live steam line and the flange on the external export pipe, located next to the site. B) Condensate return. Receive, store, pump and preheat the return condensate before connection to the tie-in point in the plant. C) The design and installation shall allow integration of steam turbine with 10 kV generator in phase 2 of this project, which will be supplied to the project as a separate lot (third party delivery).The Balance of Plant consists of all Equipment, Piping, Supporting, Foundations, E&CS, Painting & Insulation, etc. to enable the steam flow and condensate return. The scope of services comprises, but is not limited to:- Design and engineering;- Procurement and manufacturing quality control;- Supply and installation of all components for proper functioning including spare parts;- Control system and integration into existing control systems; commissioning, testing and training.- Documentation, certification (PED, etc.), NOBO approval- Project, construction and interface management. Candidates shall demonstrate their EPC project execution capability for multidisciplinary works, including but not limited to Equipment, Piping and Pipe stress, Supporting, Foundations, E&CS, Painting & Insulation, Testing and Commissioning.
