Burnholme Health and Wellbeing Campus — Care Home developer and operator

The City of York Council are looking for partner(s) who will fund, develop and operate a dual-registered CareHome on a long lease granted by the council for the site at Burnholme, York. The new Care Home will have the capacity to provide residential and nursing care and care for those with dementia. The Council intends to block book and contract for up to 30 care beds within this care home that are at the negotiated rate of Target Price for Care under a Service Contract for a 10 year initial term with an option to extend for up to a further 5 years. The range of Care Home beds that the Council may require include offering residential care for residents with dementia; and nursing care for residents with dementia.
