The Directorate of Fisheries, hereafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into an SSA agreement for the upgrading of its website www.fiskeridir.no The Awarding Authorities Content Management System was partially redesigned and upgraded in 2008, but the structural and technical solution was not completely renewed. Since then, the technical opportunities have grown, and the demand for functionality on government websites has become more stringent. There is therefore a need to upgrade the website, www.fiskeridir.no, the current and future standards for public websites, and to better organize the content of the website in a more user friendly manner. The delivery will include a combination of consulting, graphic design, interaction design, template development, programming, layout and the solution and the development of development in collaboration with the Awarding Authorities own resources. The website must have a solution for mobile devices (tablets and smartphones). The delivery will include solutions for the integration of electronic consultation process on www.fiskeridir.no and facilitating the conversion of content from the old website onto the updated version. At the current time, the total content of what is to be transferred has not been decided. The competition does not apply to the procurement of new publishing tools. An upgraded version of the current publishing tools, eZ Publish will be used.
