Ukraine Municipal Infrastructure Programme – Reconstruction and Upgrade of the Public Lighting System in the City of Mariupol

The contracting authority Company of Electrical Networks for Public Lighting ‘Misksvitlo’ intends to apply a part of financing allocated under the Ukraine Municipal Infrastructure Programme to eligible payments for performance of the works and remedying defects therein in conformity in all respects with the provisions of the Contract that is a part of the tender document, which was elaborated for the reconstruction and upgrade of the public lighting system in the city of Mariupol. The contractor’s scope of works includes elaboration of design documents, performance of civil works, procurement and delivery of plant, equipment and materials, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of fully functional street lighting system in the city of Mariupol, including training of the employer’s personnel and provision of operational and maintenance manuals. The works will be carried out under FIDIC Yellow Book contract conditions.
