Wakefield College is seeking a developer/investor/contractor/partner to work with the College to produce a development solution for the Thornes Park Campus that will allow continuing investment in the rest of the College estate. Any such arrangement would need to provide for: — the purchase and re-development of the Thornes Park campus, — as an initial project, the building of a university centre on the City Centre Campus, — an adjusting sum either in the form of a capital receipt payable to the College or a sum payable by the College to the developer.
