In the qualification documentation, point 7.1, the following sentence has been removed: ‘If a tenderer plans to engage sub-providers or joint venture partners for the implementation of the contract, they shall be identified in the tender with a description of the services or fields they shall contribute in.’ It is, thus, no longer necessary to list all sub-providers — only the sub-providers that the tenderer would like to use to fulfil the qualification requirements shall be listed.
