A requirement for replacing the existing enrolment and management system for passports and other travel documents has been identified. The National Police Directorate, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to use this market survey (request for information-RFI) to assess the possibility for establishing a new enrolment and management system by procurement. For the time being it is uncertain if and when such procurement is to be initiated. The scheduled start of award procedure stated in this notice (1.1.2014) is randomly chosen as this is an obligatory field in the notice. It is emphasised that this date is not in any way binding, or describing a potential future procurement.
