Short description: The object of concession is „"Intermodal terminal in South central planning region in Bulgaria — Plovdiv", with a concession area of 77 342 sq. m, including: 1. Land plots with the built on them buildings and facilities and belongings to the concession object — public state property. 2. Belongings to the concession object — technical infrastructure and belongings to the buildings and road link, included in the concession object — public state property. 3. By an Amendment to the concession agreement under the terms and conditions determined in the Documentation for participation in the procedure to the concession object may be included and other properties, except the one referred to in DCM № 947/2016 and the buildings, facilities and equipment that the Concessionaire may construct as supplementary to the existing infrastructure in the public ownership of the object of the concession, with its means and its risk.
