The provider shall undertake general fire technical consultancy liability in relation to building management and development, prepare and maintenance fire technical risk analyses and measure plans, preparation and maintenance of fire-proofing drafts, escape plans, etc. as well as assistance in the general organizational fire protection works and documentation of these, including fire handbook, periodically and specifically inspections, participation in fire-proofing meetings as well as keeping minutes, participation in fire inspections, etc. The service provider shall contribute to develop various projects in relation to aesthetical, functional and technical requirements given in individual construction schemes for the Norwegian Parliament’s ongoing construction projects in accordance with current requirements and regulations. This includes preparation of estimates for expected time consumption as well as building cost estimates for each discipline. Further information of the services including in the contract is given in chapter 13 in the tender documents. The assignments will mainly include services for the Norwegian Parliament’s buildings. This means the buildings in Karl Johansgate 22, Prinsensgate 26, Akersgate 18 (rented building) and 21, Nedre Vollgate 18 and 20, Tollbugate 31 as well as the 139 service/ commuter buildings mainly located in the centre of Oslo. The buildings, except service/commuter houses are of major value in relation to listed buildings. The buildings shall be reconstructed and renovated in accordance with antiquarian principles/guidelines and in cooperation with the Central Office of Historic Monuments.
