Life Support Services in Mogadishu, Baghdad and Kabul

Life Support Services or LSS consist of a variety of services for British Diplomats and other British Civil Servants based at our embassies in these 3 countries. There is also the potential that the Foreign and Commonwealth Office might wish to extend these life support services into other countries. The range of services may include: catering, cooking, serving, cleaning, laundry, vehicle maintenance, gardening, pest management, provision of a coffee shop, bar services and specifically in Kabul, generator maintenance. There is also a medical centre in Kabul and Baghdad. In Mogadishu, the services needed are more extensive and include maintenance of HVAC units, generators, and sewage and desalination plants. It is anticipated that the winning supplier will organise an open book tender for the provision of maintenance in Mogadishu on behalf of the authority. The authority will supply specifications to the winning supplier for use in the tender.
