We would like to procure a laser scanning confocal microscope with super resolution and high-speed options. It must be possible to use the system for confocal pictures in many different research projects and use it in a core facility with many different users. Typical samples that are to be analysed are: — Transfected cells, — living and fixated human cells, — bacteria, — viruses, — tissue and biopolymers.
