Framework agreement for the procurement of technical consultancy services within municipal engineering for the municipalities of Bamble, Drangedal, Kragerø, Porsgrunn, Siljan and Skien. 17 municipal and intermunicipal companies and other public organisations have options for entering into the framework agreement. The procurement is divided in 7 specialised fields: 1. Water and Sewage detailed engineering design for a pipe system with traditional excavation solutions. 2. Water and Sewage detailed engineering system of a pipe system with NO-DIG methods. 3. Water and sewage detailed engineering design of pump stations, pressure sewer systems, and booster systems for water supply. 4. Concrete works for an elevated basin. 5. A water and Sewage processing plant. 6. Road, detailed engineering design road construction, foot/cycle paths, parking and asphalt spreading works. 7. Dams and water systems. Partial tenders for each specialised field for all of the 6 municipalities and companies with option, can be submitted. Up to 6 tenderers for each specialised field will be selected. The framework agreement period is 2 years with option for prolongation of the agreement with 1 + 1 year.
