Genotyping Services + Chip supply: Supply of human exome/GWAS array chips customised for use in a study of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, DNA quantification and genotyping. This contract is for a package of the following items: (i) the supply of 52000 genotyping chips to include human exome SNP variant content plus backbone GWA common variant content and custom content of 20000 additional SNP markers (list to be provided by the investigators). Please also provide a cost for provision of additional added content in bundles of 10000SNPs. (ii) genotyping of 50500 DNA samples from the UK Biobank resource on this platform (iii) DNA quantification using picogreen or a method providing similar or better reliability plus molecular barcoding (iv) provision of genotyping data to the investigators within a mutually agreed timeframe but within a maximum of 3 months of provision of all DNA samples
