Procurement of a Framework Agreement for Consultancy Services for the further Development of NVE's GIS Infrastructure Based on Esri Technology

Norges vassdrags- og energidirektorat (NVE) would like to enter into a framework agreement for assistance with various assignments connected to the further development of NVE's GIS infrastructure that is based on Esri technology and platform. GIS is an abbreviation for geographical information systems. The services will mainly be GIS application and tool development, GIS system development, programming, database modelling, and automising. Technically, this will be done in ASP.NET, .Net, Javascript/Esri Javascript API, Geocortex, FME, Python og C#, on a MS SQL server. NVE would like to enter into a framework agreement with one - 1 - tenderer. The framework agreement will cover NVE's consultancy needs in this area and the volume is estimated to NOK 5 000 000-12 000 000 for the contract period, depending on the annual budget grants. A complete description of the assignment is in annex 1, requirements specification in the tender documents.
