The objective of the action is to support and sustain inclusive national SSR processes including dialogue on security sector governance and reform in conflict, post-conflict and fragile countries. This will be achieved by providing technical expertise to support and underpin national policy planning, implementation and dialogue on SSR, and ensuring that gender concerns are fully met within SSR dialogue and planning processes in order to meet people's long term security needs and rights.
