The Contracting Authority and its group operating subsidiaries own and supported housing schemes in Northern Ireland and 7 general needs, sheltered and joint managed supported housing schemes in the Republic of Ireland. The Contracting Authority are seeking to appoint a Service Provider who can deliver the Passenger Lift, Stair-lifts and other disability hoists servicing, maintenance and renewals contract to the highest possible standards and can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Contracting Authority a proven track record in the delivery of these services. The successful Service Provider must be able to show a commitment to providing effective services that provide value for money to the Authority and its tenants and customers. The successful Service Provider will need to have demonstrated a commitment to addressing welfare to work, focusing on the young and long term unemployed.
