Home Group Limited is seeking to set up a Insurance Services agreement under which Home Group (and associated companies) can procure insurance broking, insurance underwriting or a combination of both.The term is intended to include the arrangement, placing and administration of insurance policies, as well as claims settlement and administration, risk management services and any other insurance related services. The agreement will cover England, Scotland and Wales. The following insurances will be covered by this process; property, business interruption, liability, motor vehicle, engineering, personal accident, fidelity guarantee, professional indemnity, directors and officers, money, "All Risks", construction related and other insurances and insurance services as required by Home Group Ltd.
