The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering for a Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) System. We require a new ultra-high vacuum (UHV) Epitaxy System capable of depositing a range of new material combinations and including options for novel epitaxial methods such as nano-particle sputtering. This is an open EU exercise.
