Skyss is Vestland county ́s administration section for planning, purchasing and marketing the public transport services that Vestland county is responsible for. Skyss awards contracts for bus, light rail, boat and ferries in Vestland to an operator company in accordance with tender contests. Skyss is also responsible for routeplanning, developing the ticket system, information and implementation of public transport services. Skyss hereby invites tenderers to participate in the competition "Bussanbod 2026" for the contract-areas Sunnfjord, Sogn og Sunnhordland. The purpose of the procurement is three different contracts with operatorcompany/companies for the operation of bus-and transport services, where the winning operator will be responsible for the scheduled production by bus, individually facilitated transport for schoolstudents and Digitally and flexible booked transport. Three separate contracts will be signed; one for each contract area. The contracts starts in June 2026, and continues until 2035. The contracts will start at the following date: Sunnfjord: 24.06.2026 Sogn: 23.06.2026 Sunnhordland: 29.06.2026 The contracting authority shall have an option to extend the Contract for 1+1+1 year. The estimated annual contract value for the contract area Sunnfjord: 230-250 MNOK.. The estimated annual contract value for the contract area Sogn: 100-110 MNOK. The estimated annual contract value for the contract area Sunnhordland: 130-150MNOK. The estimates include the total achievable bonus. The estimate does not include payment for individually facilitated school transport.
