Yorkshire Water Services seek to establish a framework of Principal Contractors to be drawn upon for the design, procurement, construction and testing on a design and build basis for onshore and inshore marine works. The scope of works will include, but not be limited to; installation of new assets, Site Investigation, reactive maintenance and emergency works to existing assets. Successful bidders will be able to demonstrate capability to undertake all of the above works Successful bidders will be appointed to a framework for the delivery of marine works. Contractors shall demonstrate a track record of marine construction and pipeline installation experience. This will be supported by examples, references and endorsements. Parties who meet the minimum needs will be given more information on selection and weighting criteria during the Invitation to Tender stage.
