The purpose of the Services is to provide engineers a standardized approach to Rail Baltic / Rail Baltica design, that will be mandatory for design, construction and operations of the Rail Baltic / Rail Baltica infrastructure and will be endorsed by respective national authorities, if applicable. Undertakings that submit their proposals (hereinafter — Candidates) have to take into account the fact that the Company is a commercial joint venture of the governments of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, which requires clear and repetitive communication with representatives from all 3 countries.
