Under the supervision and guidance of the Team Leader and in cooperation with all project management team members the Social Protection Coordinator will take over following duties: — Support the Team Leader in the daily management of activities related to employment and others as necessary; — Liaise with EU Member States' administrations, partner (beneficiary institutions), EU Delegations and other stakeholders at operational level; — Analysis and fine-tuning of requests in consultation with requesting partner institution; — Coordinate and contribute to the drafting Action Approval Fiches and in coordination with EU External Action services, Commission services and, as necessary, development partners; — Ensure the identification of suitable experts in close collaboration with technical experts; — Ensure the preparation, backstopping and follow-up of experts' missions; — Ensure feedback and supports Team Leader in documentation and evaluation of individual actions; — Ensure the preparation of documentation in close collaboration with technical experts and short-term experts (e.g. for meetings, training seminars etc.); — Contribute to the implementation of knowledge development activities; — Participate to the coordination/supervision of the maintenance and updating of the IT based Project Management Tool; — Contribution to internal evaluation of project results; — Contribution to the further development/revisions of the project's procedures and tools (with other team members); — Contribution to project reporting towards the EU Commission; — Contribution to the implementation of communication and visibility activities of the programme; — Contribution to project social marketing (promotion, prospection of new actions and others); — Any other relevant task in its areas of expertise and competences set by the Team Leader; The described tasks involve the necessity to network and interact with a multiplicity of institutions from EU and third countries, EU Commission services and development partners as well as the readiness and ability to travel abroad.
