This contract is to provide staff to the City Centre Security CCTV control room (the base is in Leicester and is Leicester City Council owned) and the operators will need to deal with busy street scenes and in many cases, in conjunction with the Police, retailers and street wardens and will need to exercise their duty of care on behalf of Leicester City Council to safeguard Leicester public and visitors alike.
