Repair and maintenance services of electrical machinery, apparatus and associated equipment. To provide a repair, maintenance and testing service for the specialist electrical Community Equipment loaned by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Community Equipment Service to individuals with social care and/or health needs. - The service which will be carried out in individuals place of residence will include the following key components; - LOLER and associated PAT testing on relevant electrical items assigned by the Council; - An Out of Hours responsive repairs service from 17:00 pm - 9:00 am and at weekends; - A general repair and maintenance service, to a schedule authorised by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Due to the nature of the services to be provided all employees engaged in service delivery under this contract must have valid Criminal Record check, provided by the Disclosure and Barring Service in place.
