The competition is for a framework agreement for the procurement of technical consultancy services within HVAC. For Bamble, Drangedal, Kragerø, Porsgrunn, Siljan og Skien municipalities. Municipal and inter-municipal companies and other participants in GKI will have an option for the contract, see chapter 6 in the tender documentation. Tenders shall be submitted for the entire inquiry which applies to all municipalities and participants in the GKI (the Grenland municipalities' procurement unit). The framework agreement period is 2 years with an option for an extension for 1 + 1 year.
