The British Geological Survey (BGS) will shortly be embarking on a full Open OJEU procurement to appoint a new Hard Services Provider. The estimated value of this contract is 3 850 000 GBP over a 3-year contract. Ahead of commencing this exercise, we would like to invite potential suppliers to attend site to allow us to gain further understanding of the market. Our hope is that is engaging with industry experts, that we can ensure that this requirement is well placed when it hits the market in the near future. The key activities for this contract will be: — planned Preventative Maintenance in accordance with SFG20 — reactive Repairs to both the fabric and mechanical and electrical systems in accordance with SFG20. — project Management. There is a requirement for a Project Management service to support the in-house teams — attendance at meetings: 1) Weekly SLA Meetings; 2) Monthly Finance and Contract Review meetings; 3) Quarterly QHSE Meetings / Auditing; — Management of subcontract
