Norfund wishes to enter into a traffic agreement with a telephone operator to cover the total need for telephony traffic. Primarily we would like the same supplier to also cover the switchboard services, but alternative solutions will also be considered. Foreign traffic is an important and dimentional part of Norfund's total traffic profile. Suppliers must document a good degree of coverage in all countries relevant to Norfund. In the same way, traffic costs to/from these countries are dimentional to Norfund.
