This procurement is to establish a Framework Agreement to replace the current contractual agreements currently in place for Care Home Placements for the Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG's) of Worcestershire — Redditch and Bromsgrove, Wyre Forest and South Worcestershire. This is for all patient categories that are funded by the CCG's. This is not limited to placements made to Care Homes in Worcestershire but expands to all areas that they make placements. Any setting other than the domestic home or an acute hospital is currently in scope as long as it is funded in some way by the CCG's. NHS Arden CS reserve the right to utilise this framework agreement for other customers where similar placements are required. Candidates wishing to be considered must register their expression of interest and provide additional procurement-specific information (by completing a PQQ) through the portal as follows: i) Candidates should register on the portal at https://ardencsu.bravosolution.co.uk (registration and use of the website is free of charge). ii) Once registered, candidates must express interest by a) logging-in to the NHS Arden CS e-Tendering portal, b)selecting response to advert and PQQ, c) select Open Access PQQ, d) search for and access listing related to this contract and view details, e) click on Express Interest link iii) Once you have expressed interest, access the My PQQs page where you can download documentation (if required) and construct your reply as instructed. You must submit your reply on the website by the deadline stated.
