I stedet for: II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The purpose of this Contract is for Avinor ANS to acquire a fully redundant Extended AMHS solution, including AFTN functionality and AMHS/ AFTN Gateway services to be implemented in replacement of the current AFTN-based solution. Purchaser is exploring the possibilities of either procuring an Extended AMHS solution, including all necessary hardware and software components, and operating this in-house, or to enter into a Service Contract where the Contractor owns and operates the system, to which Purchaser is granted access through a subscription service. This means that Tenderers may choose to tender for either 1 or both of the contract fulfilment alternatives: 1. Extended AMHS solution delivery; 2. Extended AMHS service provision. Purchaser holds no bias towards either of the 2 alternatives, and they will consequently be evaluated and compared on equal terms. In theory, if he chooses to tender for both alternatives, a Tenderer may rank both first and second in the final tender evaluation. II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: The Scope of the contract will be either: — to deliver an Extended AMHS solution in accordance with Purchaser's requirements and specifications to be owned, run, and operated by Purchaser in Purchaser's facilities. This alternative will also include a Service and Maintenance Contract, which will be in force for the expected lifetime of the system of 15 years, and through which Contractor shall provide the necessary technical support and spare part availability to Purchaser in order to enable a secure and continuous operation of the system. — to provide an Extended AHMS service in accordance with Purchaser's requirements and specification, where the system itself shall be owned, run, and operated by Contractor in Contractor's facilities. Contractor will be responsible for all service and maintenance of the system, and shall ensure a secure and continuous operation and availability to Purchaser throughout the expected lifetime of the system of 15 years. Deployment of Family 5.2.2, ‘Stakeholders' SWIM Infrastructures Components’ as set out by the SESAR Deployment Manager within the Deployment Programme 2016 is relevant for the Contract Object. The Extended AMHS system shall be able to provide and consume SWIM services in accordance with the ‘Yellow profile’. Through such Contract, Contractor shall provide the necessary enhancements, technical support and spare part availability to Purchaser in order to enable a secure and continuous operation of the system through its specified lifetime, to meet prevailing regulatory requirements (Regulation (EU) No 716/2014 refers).
