Visit Reykjavík, on behalf of Reykjavik City Department of Culture and Tourism, is formulating a procurement process of a digital solution for the Reykjavík City Card and the Reykjavík Culture Card. A comprehensive solution for all service aspects and administration of the cards is requested: • cardholders' access to all entrance point; state- and city-owned museums, swimming pools, the Viðey ferry and public transport (Strætó); • sales at entrance- and sale points, online and through third parties; • the solution must be open architecture (API); • secure data collection and storage, in accordance with domestic and foreign law; • data collection includes visitor arrivals, sales, guest usage and use by time and date; • the solution should offer updates and developments.
