Electron Microscopes for EM Facility (DLSPIN0354)

Diamond Light Source requires two state of the art reliable 300 keV electron microscopes for cryo electron microscopy and tomography of biological specimens. They should be equipped for energy filtering and with direct electron detectors. Automated data acquisition capability is required. Further we seek a feeder instrument (120/200keV) and a FIB-SEM microscope for cryo-specimen preparation for electron cryo tomography including dedicated specimen transfer.
