SCC/ESCC APC Orbis Construction Framework Agreement.

Orbis is a partnership between Surrey and East Sussex County Councils that aims to provide seamless and resilient business services to the public sector, creating a compelling alternative to other providers. The Orbis Partnership incorporates the following services: Human Resources and Organisational Development, Property, IT, Procurement, Finance and Business Operations. In accordance with Orbis Partnership’s priorities this Programme will be delivered by a range of contractors including SME’s. In order to meet the requirements of the Capital Programme Orbis Partners intend to establish the new Construction Framework with multiple contractors. The Framework will provide a fast and flexible procurement vehicle for Orbis Partners, Clients and other contract authorities.
