The Ministry of Justice is seeking tenders from suitable experienced companies for the supply of remanufactured PE equipment, inspection, servicing & maintenance of PE equipment and the supply, installation, inspection & servicing of outdoor gym equipment. The contract(s) will be made available for use by other Government Departments. Regulatory 15 %. Environmental considerations 5 %. Lot 1. Assurance of supply 40 %. Quality management 40 %. Logistics & delivery 20 %. Lot 2. Assurance of supply 40 %. Logistics & delivery 35 %. Quality management 25 %. Award of contract will be based on one contract per lot or a combined contract for both lots.
