The awarding authority shall have all documents of archival value scanned in the archive, approx. 100 meters of shelf with an estimated 7800 building project folders. We now want to receive offers on the digitization of the archive so that all documents from approx. 1900 can be available online. The archive is made up of approx. 100 meters of shelving. The selected supplier will have an overall responsibility for the assignment, i.e., for all of the tasks related to the process through to the finished electronically stored and made available documents via a web-based interface. The completed scanned materials are to be delivered so that the system can be available to all employees via the municipality's administrative and archival system that today is ‘ePhorte’ and adapted for future use by local citizens via the internet. The completed scanned materials must also be adapted for future digital systems.
