The contract consists of the design, development, maintenance and operation of the so-call PCS - Capacity Broker system. PCS – CB is in essence the new major version of the existing PCS-Envelope Concept (PCS-EC). The new major version can be split, by processes which would be supported, into eight main parts:1.
