Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a DOPPLER LIDAR System.

The National Centre for Atmospheric Science (NCAS) at the University of Leeds is seeking tenders for the development and deployment of a Doppler LIDAR system on its FAAM aircraft: a modified BAe 146-301. This system will be used to provide the national atmospheric research community and through collaboration with UK scientists, the international community the provision for the retrievals of 3D wind profiles. This system is being funded by the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) through NCAS.
