Estates Management Cleaning

Solihull Community Housing (SCH) has commenced the process of procuring contracts for the provision of cleaning services to the communal areas of high and low-rise flats. The required works under each lot are to include, but not be limited to estates Management Cleaning: — Responsive and programmed cleaning of all communal areas of low-rise and high-rise flats including lifts and stairwells; — Cleaning of internal and external windows and doors; — Specialist cleaning including removal of bio-hazards; — Unblocking of waste chutes; — Removal and disposal of waste; — Cleaning to flood or fire damaged communal areas. SCH anticipates that the Contract shall commence 5.10.2015. The proposed term of the Contract is for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend (subject to performance) by up to a further 4 12-month periods. Solihull Community Housing estimates the annual contract value to be as follows: Lot 2: estates Management Cleaning — 850 000 GBP. No guarantee of volume, value, duration or continuity of the Works can be given and no subsequent claims for loss of profit or earnings will be entertained.
