FPL 2012 Converter - system able to receive, convert all ATS messages from a new FPL-2012 format to legacy (old) ICAO format and distribute; receive and forward all other AFTN messages feeding different local subsystems. The FPL conversion algorithm shall consider Amendment 1 to ICAO Doc 4444, 15th edition and regional guidance material in the EUR and ASIA/Pacific region and CFMU Specification v1.41, The CFMU Interface Manual for ICAO 2012 - edition 1.32 - 25 June 2012, CFMU 2012 Requirements- edition 1.42 - 25 June 2012, IFPL and RPL Dictionary of Messages; ICAO 2012 Special Edition Edition No. 2012 v2.003.
