The Council wishes to acquire appropriate software to enable it to operate static and dynamic scheduling of tasks and mobile working to areas which include housing repairs, adult care workers and street cleansing. The detailed requirements will be set out in the tender documentation but in summary the requirements of the solution are: — Enable static workforce operatives to be scheduled, — Enable the dynamic scheduling of tasks to workforce, — Update scheduled tasks dynamically as events occur, — Enable customers to choose am or pm appointment times (where necessary), — Send allocated tasks to workforce via mobile devices, — Mobile application solution to deliver other applications to device such as; risk assessments, time management, caseload management, — Mobile application solution to work on a range of devices and operating systems.
