The scope of this tender contains, the design of a complete 150 kV capacitor bank, the supply and transport to site in the Netherlands, the erection and testing on site for TenneT's high voltage grid in the Netherlands. The following technical characteristics are applicable: — Expected configuration: H-bridge Nominal voltage level Ur= 150 kV — Expected reactive power rating at 50 Hz = 100 MVAr Fixed or variable power rating = fixed. After selection of candidates, TenneT directly start with the call for tender for the mentioned filter banks. The call for tender shall result in a framework agreement with a supplier for the delivery and installation for all needed filter banks in the mentioned period. Directly after finalizing of the tender procedure, TenneT expects to make the first call of order(s) for the filter banks. The tendering process consists of 2 phases: — Phase 1: selection phase, — Phase 2: call for tender (ITT, RFQ, Initial bid, negotiation, Best and Final Offer, awarding).
