The general purpose of the Tender for the orchestration software of production lines is to conclude an agreement with one (1) Contractor for the licensing, hosting, technical management, and maintenance of orchestration software for processes and functions within the Consumer (Consument), Business Project (Zakelijk project) and Business complex (Zakelijk complex) teams. The primary objective can be divided into the following sub-objectives: •The agreement must be concluded with one supplier on 1 September 2024. •Stedin would like to accelerate the implementation and effectiveness of the use of the orchestration software by benefitting from the supplier's best practices (show how to do it, do it together, do it yourself). •The application should enable Stedin to set up production lines based on low code with limited intervention from the supplier. •The application should enable Stedin to implement better business process standardization (as a chain of generic business functions) and automation within the production lines more quickly and easily. •Simplicity in management so that teams do not have to implement the same changes in multiple production lines. •More transparency, management, and demarcation of responsibilities within the operational chains. •The application must be able to support both process logic (integration of business processes) and integration logic (application integration) to automatically call all functions within a production line. •Implementing the new production line architecture with the following important principles: oThe use of the appropriate 'production line' per type of work, based on the complexity of the work; oThe ability to move work from one production line to another while being in progress if the product appears to have a different complexity; o Customers have a clear customer journey via a channel of their choice, Insight into progress organized per production line; o and Decoupling of functions and orchestration.
