Tenderers in the market are given the opportunity to provide inputs and comments on Avfall Sør ́s provisional draft of the tender documentation for the procurement of waste management services. Basically, input is wanted for all documents, but Avfall Sør particularly wants input on the following:1. How a risk distribution has been tried balanced in connection with the changes in the collection system and the uncertainty in the number of emptyings as a result, cf. annex 3, as well as the descriptions in annex 1, point 2.2.2.Avfall Sør have ambitious targets in relation to climate and the environment, but the measures must be economically sustainable as regards the fact that households have a lower service offer than the collection system that is in operation before the tender deadline. In the final draft, Avfall Sør will, among other things, based on any pledge of climate commitment resources, assess adjustments in the minimum requirement for the number of vehicles with biogas/zero emissions and/or the award criteria, in order to safeguard the economic framework. However, any input for this is preferably received. Annex 4 and Annex 5 are prepared before the actual competition is announced. The hearing deadline is set for 6 June 2024.
