The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation, Division for ICT capacities (FLO/IKT) has entered into a framework agreement involving consultancy services in connection with planning, implementation and analyses of flight tests, i.a. wave propagation and elucidation of interference between radar and windmills. In Norway, establishment of several wind farms that may influence the Norwegian Defence's naval and air warning radars.
