Winchester City Council — Cleaning Public Conveniences

Winchester City Council (‘the Council’) is looking to procure the services of an experienced public conveniences cleaning contractor to be responsible for the daily cleaning and minor repairs of the sites as well as the opening and closing of the majority of the sites. The new contract will start from 1.1.2020 for a period of 3 years with a possible 1 +1 year extension to a total maximum term of 5 years. Minor repairs include items such as replacing toilet seats, light bulbs and door locks however a more comprehensive list is available in the specification. The Council are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of 14 public conveniences, both in the city and its District.
