Wide Area Multi-lateration and ADS-B Solution Agreement

ATC-NL anticipates to procure a technology solution and associated services that enables ATC-NL to roll-out WAM/ADS-B technology over various geographical areas. ATC-NL is a contracting authority and — based on its procurement policies and public procurement laws and regulations — conducts this tender procedure. This tender procedure with reference number PRJ-2411 is initially aimed at the replacement of the secondary surveillance radars for Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and Groningen Airport Eelde by WAM/ADS-B technology. ATC-NL has the future ambition to procure WAM/ADS-B technology off-the-shelve from one supplier who will act as a true partner for a long term of cooperation and for the provision of services and possible further WAM/ADS-B systems at other airports (possibly including ground coverage) and areas within the Netherlands Flight Information Region and for the North Sea Area Amsterdam (NSAA).
